Layout and background ideas are shown via proofs so you can approve the overall appearance before the painting process starts.
PAINTING STYLES
- Digital - Portrait is painted by hand digitally and then printed on either Fine Art paper or Canvas
- Oil - Portrait is painted by hand with Artist grade oil paints on Museum Wrap Canvas
- Digital JPG File - Portrait is painted by hand digitally. Then a 300dpi high-resolution file is sent to you so you may print the portrait on any surface at home or at your local print shop. It's a great way to save on shipping cost.
TECHNIQUE
I specialize in creating lifelike pet portraits using a unique blend of digital and traditional oil painting techniques. Each portrait begins as a digital rendering, allowing for precise detailing and composition. However, when clients opt for the oil painting option, I take the extra step to meticulously recreate the entire image on canvas with rich, luminous colors and textured brushwork. This fusion of digital precision and traditional craftsmanship ensures that your pet's portrait captures not only their likeness but also the vibrant essence of oil paint.
HOW TO ORDER
- Choose the canvas size and medium (oil or digital painting)
- Drop your best-quality photos (multiple photos accepted)in the uploader and place an order.
- Rates are for 1 Figure in the painting (pet or person) - The extra figure charge is $25 per figure and will be billed seperatly
- Combining photo references charge $35 and will be billed seperatly
- Fine Art Print are glossy and ship unframed rolled in a tube
- Canvas thickness is .75" Museum wrap ( gallery wrap can be requested for additional $10 charge will be billed seperataly)
In a note to the seller - Include hair color (photos can distort color)
Preferred background colors (neutral/earthy or more colorful/bright)
