The middle of the turquoise is accented with one prong-set, round brilliant-cut diamond. The turquoise is bordered with a carved snake and accented between the head and tail with another prong-set, round brilliant-cut diamond. The diamonds weigh .64 carats in total, with VS2-I1 clarity and H color. Engraved details accent the shank.
