The Zabuton Meditation Mat is a rectangular meditation cushion that provides cushioning and support during your meditation practices. It can be used alone, or with a zafu meditation pillow on top.
Our zabuton covers allow you to replace a damaged cover or interchange the look of your zabuton flat mat without buying a new insert.

The organic covers, inserts, and filling used in these meditation pillows have all of the classic comfort and quality you expect from our Studio Series, but boast a minimal carbon footprint. From the soil the cotton is grown in to the dye used to color the fabrics, these cushions are completely free from toxic chemicals.
